Late Arrival Policy

We value our clients time and will always do our best to run to schedule. If you are late to an appointment, it may not be possible to complete your consultation or treatment in the remaining time and you may be required to reschedule or we will be cutting time short for your allocated treatment time.

However, we also understand that life isn’t perfect! If you are running late, please do let us know and we shall do our best to accommodate your late arrival.
